Horowitz announced today the release of a report examining the Federal Bureau of Prisons’ (BOP) contract with Sealaska Constructors, LLC (SCL) to build facilities at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Danbury in Danbury, Connecticut. The contract’s period of performance was from June 2015 through October 2017, and had a total value of approximately $28 million.
