Dear Brothers and Sisters,

How are all of you today? Today i decided to write the European Investment Bank 
to request for financing of the project Green Town. Because they have signed an agreement in 2014 that they would HELP the project of Green Town.

Its good in to investigate and request the status of this agreement with them, which we have signed.

I have filed with them a request lets see what they will answer us back, to help us finance this Project, and the Clean up of the refinery.

Below i have the information and emails which i have received back, if any of you have any suggestion or idea feel free to email or call, i would appreciate it very much.

Lets hope for the best of this Outcome, we need to stay positive always in our
plans and deeds.
