Thank you for sending your ID Card and explaining and providing your suggestion
how the release of the Settlement has to proceed on my behave.

First of All as you already know that all the Financial Institutions of the World are
in the Process of Implementing BASEL III reform.

Organization and all Bankers and Government Agencies all over the World, and I hope 
you can help us to resolve this issue and situation which we are facing with the Sanctions 
and the implementation of the New Gold Backed Systems which is on going all over the 
World as i have explained before.

Here in Curacao where i am located, all the Bankers have been taken over by
the US Government - US Treasury Department and also (FINCEN) Financial Crime
Enforcement Network.  And they are implementing the NESARA National Economic
Security and Reform Act. :

- Forgives Credit Card, Mortgage, and other bank debt due to illegal and Government
  activities.
- Abolish Income Tax.
- Abolish IRS, creates flat rate non-essential "new items" sales tax revenue for government.
- Increase benefits to senior citizens.
- Returns Constitutional Law.
- Establishes new Presidential and Congressional elections within 120 days after NESARA"S
  announcement.
- Monitors elections and prevents illegal elections activities of special interest groups.
- Creates New US Treasury Currency, "Rainbow Currency" , Backed by Gold, Silver, and
  Platinum, precious metals.
- Returns Constitutional Law to all our Courts and Legal Matters.
- Initiates new U.S. Treasury Bank System in alignment with Constitutional law.
- Eliminates the Federal reserve Bank.
- Restore Financial Privacy.
- Retrains all Judges and attorneys  in Constitutional law
- Cease  all aggressive, US Government military action World Wide.
- Establishes peace through the world.
- Initiates first phase of world wide Prosperity distribution of vast wealth which has 
  been have been accumulating for many decades. 
- Release enormous sums of money for humanitarian purposes
- Enable the release of new technologies such as alternative energy, devices. 

   AND MUCH MORE..

So my Mr. Clayton S. Rose. these are the main concern which i wanted to share with you
and all the Bankers of the WORLD, with what is already being implemented world wide.

So my question why are the bankers are complying with the Rules and Regulations,
which are give to them?

Slowly Humanity will understand what really is ongoing with the fast wealth and their 
Freedom which is already here for all of them.

Now the Question is when will the bankers and the Governments tell the Truth
of these Changes which are happening, and their implementing?

Also here in the Islands (ABC ISLANDS) many don't believe what is on going, but 
soon when it will be announced World Wide they will now and ask why they were 
not Explained and this was kept a secret of the FUNDS by the Bankers and the Governments,
and used their Debt Enslavement Fiat Money Systems to enslave the whole World.

I hope this letter which I will be posting on my Blog will explain my concern for
all the BANKERS and GOVERNMENTS when the PUBLIC will see the Changes and
get their Universal FUNDS in their Hands. And WILL BE FREE FROM THEIR
DEBT SYSTEMS.
