The secret US military device for seeing the past & future within a specific location

A TOP secret US Military device CREATED in the 1970's was able to OBSERVE WHAT happened at any TIME in the PAST within a SPECIFIC LOCATION, Claims a major AMERICAN  UFOLOGIST WHO has briefed US PRESIDENTS on the ET Phenomenon. 

Founder of the CENTER for the Study of EXTRA-TERRESTRIAL INTELLIGENCE Doctor Steven GREER described a strange
mechanism that was DEVELOPED, at the US SECRET WEAPONS LABORATORY at WHITE OAKS in MARYLAND.
During his research he described how a military advisor for the US NAVY informed him, of a device that could extract information in a specific location from "a century ago, or even a thousand years ago".

Doctor Greer said: "One of my Military advisors was with NAVAL INTELLIGENCE, "In the old days there was a naval facility at White Oaks outside Washington DC. "The Facility had an Electronic Device that could extract from any point in Space something that had happened in the PAST in that LOCATION.

Doctor Greer described it as an Electronic System "that allows you to see what happened an hour ago in the space that you are sitting in at that time". He added: "You can also extract the information about what happened a century ago, or a thousand years ago, or a million years ago." Doctor Greer, who is one of the WORLD'S leading authorities on EXTRATERRESTRIALS said that he had interviewed many "WHISTLE BLOWERS".

About advanced Technologies that seemed to work via QUANTUM Entanglement. Quantum entanglement 
describes how two particles that are separated by vast distances in space, or time, can be linked and how their Movements mysteriously vast distance in Space, or TIME, can be Linked and how their movements mysteriously correlate.

Base in the 1970's and witnessed this electronic device that would extract information from any VOLUME of Space."
