A.R. says they use what they call ENS[def] (Extension Neurosensing), which is a form of advanced remote viewing; remote viewing is also commonly being used by Intelligence Agencies around the world to spy on other countries and governments (and citizens as well, one must presume). When using ENS, the traveler is laid down in a sarcophagus and uses an 'avatar' (same choice of words) to leave the body and move through space and time with full perceptions. What they do is nothing less but nano-travel, with some help from technology.
