 Subject:  THE TRUTH ABOUT THE US TREASURY DEPARTMENT ALLOCATED FUNDS FOR CURACAO because the Agreement of  (16-803) between the USA and the NETHERLANDS.

 

Dear Brothers and Sisters of Curacao, and those who are in control of the Funds which are for the Citizens of Curacao. I am addressing to also those who i have applied for those Funds here in CURACAO, which were allocated for the COVID-19 situation by the US TREASURY DEPARTMENT for Curacao.

But many of you do not know that there were TREATIES and Other International Act and Agreement signed between the UNITED STATES of AMERICA and the NETHERLANDS in respect of CURACAO, which were signed in WILLEMSTAD DECEMBER 16,2014 with ANNEXES and Supplement Agreements Effected by Exchange of Notes at the HAGUE (SECRETLY).

This has been the SECRET, they have not been telling the CURACAO citizens that we are not under the Netherlands anymore, but under the USA. So many Projects on CURACAO were being funded by President Donald Trump. One the Projects is the New Hospital which was funded by the US Government Funding's, and that is the reason the US Doctors are here, and that is the reason for the SVB investigations because the FUNDS of US Treasury Department were routed for these Organization which had to be used in a positive way, and also to support the Poverty Projects for the Citizens of Curacao.

The FONDO DI SOSTEN - FUNDINGS for those of need are all coming from the US Treasury Department because of the signed treaties we are also the US their Budgetary plans as the STIMULUS package.

I have filled for many and for my self for these FUNDS, which i have a list below. What we have encountered is that there GAMES being played with the distribution of the FUNDS, and we would like an INVESTIGATION who is behind these corruption and manipulation of these Funds of the US Department of treasury which are allocated for the Citizens.

We will also forward this email, and request for a detail investigation of the FUNDS of CURACAO, by the US TREASURY Department, and why the delay. Also we would like to know why this information about CURACAO being exchanged was not exposed to the PUBLIC, because many are believing that we are still under the COLONY of the NETHERLANDS.

There are People who have received and there are those who have applied, and never got back an answer what happen with their Transaction request for Funds. So please can some get back to us, and provide more detail information about where the FUNDS really came from.
