Bond processing was finished by Sun. evening 9 May. The Bond payouts were ongoing.
Notification for Tier 4B could happen by Wed. 12 May, but would happen by Thurs. 13 May.
Over 5,000 arrests related to the RV have happened within the last few weeks.
Some individuals have been notified by email (with an NDA) to do exchanges on Wed. 12 May.
The NDA by email will be temporary until your appointment, where you will sign another NDA.
Today Tues. 11 May the US Treasury was in the process of releasing the codes.
We all would be under NDAs this week.
We had some very good rates and there was even an increase on those great rates. The Dong was within 5% of the Dinar.
