noted, that upon armed attack and hijacking of Plaza Hotel Curacao, Giro
Bank accounts, stolen money, personal belongings, documents and assets,
chain of legal and courts proceedings, and for a security reasons,
certain agreements and concessions were made with Curacao Government to
continue with the Royal Palm Resort Development without my daily
presence.
It should be noted that I do not have supporting tax documents to
do financial audit as after attack and former Minister of Finance Mr.
George Jamaloodin involvement, former Curacao Governor and Civil Law
Notary Adele van der Pluijm Vrede, attorney Mr. Chester Peterson, death
threats, I do not live in Curacao and have not travel to Curacao, for
what I believe is since 2014, however, to be repeated, I will cooperate with you and Curacao Tax Department in establishing correct outstanding tax liability if any.
Could you please provide itemized invoices for each
billed line item for a full clarity and transparency, so, I can proceed
with accounting audit.

During subject matter tax proceedings, for a full clarity and
transparency, I will request Giro Bank financial records, Central Bank
financial records, Civil Law Notaries records, tax payments records, all
agreements records and taking of depositions, but not limited to.
Further I believe that Curacao Government, Kingdom of
the Netheralands Authorities and Royal House of the Netherlands should
be informed of subject matter allegations and where legal department
and tax authorities should appoint Special Counsel to investigate
subject matter alleged tax bill, civil law notary's records, tax payment
records, Giro Bank records, Central Bank records, alleged stolen land/lease land fraud, financial crimes and tax evasion, including terrorism and national security issues, but not limited to.

complexity of subject matter tax audit and above referenced events, and
for a National Security reasons, but not limited to, I believe for a
full clarity and transparency that Curacao Governor,
Curacao Prime Minister, Curacao Minister of Justice and Curacao Minister

Netheralands and Royal House of the Netherlands, but not limited to,
should be informed and receive all subject matter communications and
attachments, further, I believe that Mr. Ramon Chong, Mr. Steven Martina
