Next, to the extent that plaintiff relies on the UCC, the EMERGENCY BANKING ACT of March 9, 1933, the SUSPENSION of the GOLD STANDARD, the UNIDROIT Statute, MARITIME LAW, definitions from the United States Code, and the Code of Federal Regulations to support his CLAIMS, he has failed to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.
