Or they will simply send their vast military forces to remove us from here as they are not aware of the details of why Federation rules and regulations may not always apply to Earth. Those other levels of the Galactic Federation will only see that we are invading a planet with a non-interstellar society and would come to take us out and ask questions later. And this also goes for other star races who are directly here and do not necessarily have anything to do with constellation level high councils as those two are under the influence of the age-old Federation propaganda that imposes its rules and regulations upon everyone members or not. And yes, we are hard at work spreading awareness, but it takes time.
