Yet those never respond and are nowhere to be found. And this is where and why I say that there is nothing but obscurity at this level. I am not referring to the entire galactic federation in a more expanded context as it has been working well for Ians and this is the problem exactly as that is not good for earth. The other constellation or even star cluster levels of the galactic federation see earth only as an isolated problem and not as an expanding source of evil which is slowly infiltrating itself into other planets. being that it has been only those who have been directly affected who are aware of the problem and wish to do something about it while the others don't care or think that the problem is not in their jurisdiction.
