I will not cause shedding of tears. I will not sow seeds of regret. I will not be an aggressor.

I will not mistreat children. I will not mistreat animals. Once we live under the order of my HEART, it demands us to to take personal responsibility and accountability for ourself. We need nobody like police policing us, right?
Live under honor and honorable. We are honorable beings, right? So when we recite this, we take it in, we meditate on it and then we put the feather in our head reminding us we live righteous, you know, every day and then when we end our day, we will change it to at a sunset,
